Megan Wherry Menner

Mrs. Megan Wherry Menner has extensive human resources experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech and life sciences industries. Before joining our company, she spent eight years at Merck KGaA, most recently as Vice President and Head of HR for the global €4.6 billion Merck Millipore Life Science business. Also at Merck KGaA, Megan served as Vice President and Head of HR International, as well as Vice President and Head of HR for EMD Serono. Before that, Megan spent five years at Novartis through a period of rapid growth, most recently serving as Head of Talent and Culture Development for the Research organization globally. Megan holds an M.S. in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior and a B.S. in Psychology and Economics, both from Cornell University.
