Sandy Mahatme, LL.M.
Sandy Mahatme, LL.M., has served on our Board of Directors since May 2024. He currently serves as President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer of National Resilience Inc., a technology-focused biomanufacturing company dedicated to expanding access to complex medicines. From 2012 to 2020, he held various executive roles at Sarepta Therapeutics, Inc. (SRPT), including Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Business Officer.
Before his time at Sarepta, Mahatme worked at Celgene Corporation, where he served in senior roles, including Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, Senior Vice President of Finance, Corporate Treasurer, and Head of Tax. Earlier in his career, he also held senior positions in business development and corporate finance at Pfizer, Inc. (PFE) and started his career at Ernst & Young LLP.
Since May 2020, Mahatme has served as a director of Idorsia Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and previously served on the boards of Aeglea BioTherapeutics, Inc. and Flexion Therapeutics, Inc.
He holds Master of Laws degrees from Cornell Law School and the New York University School of Law and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
